Lampshades are made to order and will be shipped within two weeks.
Prints (when in stock) will be shipped within one week.

All items are free delivery to any UK address.

I currently do not offer overseas shipping in my online shop, however please contact me with any enquiries and I can supply you with a shipping quote.

returns
As I make all my lampshades to order, returns and refunds are not usually possible once the lampshades have been made and shipped.
However, in some circumstances an exchange can be made, if the item in returned in original condition (return postage payed by customer).
In the unlikely event that your purchase should arrive damaged or in any way faulty, an exchange or refund will be issued and any return postage costs incurred will be refunded.
